Tax charges at 21% VAT will apply to any product ordered.

Please note customers will only be contacted by us if their required part is out of stock. All parts purchased are supplied on a part(s) only basis. We are unable to accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred in the fitting or removal of parts.

We sell items by description only. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the order, all goods are sold by description and not by photo-sample, even if photos are provided.

Every effort shall be made by OMC Car Parts to dispatch all the goods in good condition and on time. Any time or date for delivery given by the Company is given in good faith but is an estimate only. Payments made by the Buyer to the Company shall be applied by the Company to Invoices, and to Goods listed in Invoices, in such order or manner as the Company shall at its entire discretion think fit.

You can make your payment using Pay Pal or directly to our bank account by Electronic Funds Transfer at the Checkout stage of your purchase transaction.

Privacy Policy do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. You may inform us of any changes in your Personal Data, and in accordance with our obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2002 we will update or delete your Personal Data accordingly. Generally, we will only retain contact information and details of items purchased. We do not see or retain credit card information as this is handled securely through the PayPal payments system.

Deliveries & Returns

All of our orders are usually shipped within 24hours Monday – Friday. In some cases our orders can take up to 28 Days if we have to order your parts. If this is the case we will let you know. Our shipping fee is a flat €15.00. We will deliver the Products to you within 2 working days of your order within the Republic of Ireland. However, Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside of our control. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

The Company shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to fulfill any of its obligations under the Order nor be liable for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Buyer or any third party by reason of any delay in delivery of the Goods or any part thereof caused directly or indirectly by any act of God, war, government or parliamentary restriction, import or export regulation, strike, lockout, trade union dispute, fire, theft, flooding, breakdown of plant or premises, failure of computer system or supplies or by virtue of transportation problems or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the Company.

Please note that Bonnets, Wings and Bumpers are very fragile due to their large thin profile and therefore are prone to transit damage. We therefore use specialist couriers to ship these parts. If you wish to be assured of delivery please contact us before placing an order and we will confirm it.


If for any reason your purchased item will not fit your vehicle type, return the items in "as new" condition. We will be happy to exchange the item for you. Returns and exchanges should be received within 3 days from date of delivery for customers. Please allow 10 days for us to receive your return items and process your request. All items will be checked once they are returned; damaged or fitted goods will not be refunded. You must return the goods to us at your expense. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If you order the incorrect parts they may be subject to a 15% restocking charge or with a minimum 10 Euro.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Back orders can take up to 28 Days.
